About the Avreichim
The avreichim of Mishnas Olam are a carefully selected group of serious, dedicated talmidei chachamim, most of whom spend their days
immersed in Torah study in the hallowed halls of the Mirrer Yeshiva in Jerusalem. They are all extremely well-versed in many areas
of the Talmud, which enables them to complete large portions of Shas without sacrificing the depth of their understanding. Mishnas Olam’s
sponsors can rest assured that the Torah study being done for their loved ones is of the highest quality.
Most of the avreichim are struggling to sustain large families on a meager kollel stipend even as they are attempting to marry off their children. Sponsoring a day of Mishnas Olam is therefore a tremendous zechus for another reason, as well; it will enable these precious talmidei chachamim to continue their sacred work without falling into the abyss of poverty.
